Help Carla lay Tim M. to rest

Tim M. was one of ours, and his absence will be felt throughout the rooms. He was a longtime Mendocino County resident and a retired Hollywood stuntman who worked more westerns than he would ever have bragged about. Around here he was the one who gave his recovery away: setting up, cleaning up, staying late, sitting with whoever walked in on their worst day. Tim graduated "the program" in August and is on his next journey.

At home he was the one holding everything together, caring for his wife Carla, who is disabled, and for their son and daughter, who need daily support of their own. The mortuary has billed $2,042 for his cremation, transport, and death certificates, and that bill comes first. Everything past it goes to his celebration of life and to the household Carla is carrying on her own now.
